    I want to express my thanks to the crew including the captain on flight ezy866,last night from Inverness.They went out of there way to help me onto the flight,and looked after me the whole time.Especially as i was the last one of the plane.They contacted the wheelchair service several times to collect me.

  5. I booked this evening on the 12.35pm flight from Luton to Copenhagen on the 18th of Aug but after the payment had gone through the confirmation came through with the earlier flight of 7am. All the way through the process it was booking me on the 12.35 flight. I have tried phoning to discuss this with someone but not been able to get through. How can I get this changed and resolved without any charge?

    Also the call centre is not in the UK, so there is difficulty communicating with the customer advisors for me it was hard to get answers to simple queries.

    1. i have tried to speak to somebody in the uk but get south africa or mumbi, hard to understand, this is really hard work. i will not be doing it again!!! they are hard to understand and had to explain all sorts to them, it should be easy. the music also deafens people

  12. Customer services department. hung up twice because they couldn’t understand the issue and promised to send an email. The issue is to do with compensation so not sure if this is a deliberate ruse. Seems to be based in South Africa and there is a language barrier, not sure

  15. I took the painful effort of sending 27 emails and at least 20 calls to customer services to deal with a compensation. Most of the emails go to blackhole and no one ever receives them. Each call averaging 30 minutes including the first 5-10 mins of recorded messages and options everytime. Recent calls were received by personnel with very very poor communications skills and hard to understand accent. In the last call, the customer service representative put me on hold for 58 minutes ( I have screenshot) while transferring my call to the supervisor. I hung up on the 59th minute realising that I was being made.

    I have been waiting patiently for my confirmed by Easy Jet compensation refund over a delayed flight case more tnan 3 months -case reference i has been sending inconsistent, unprofessional, answers to my reminders, let alone there is not a chance to have a correspondence with the same person. Every email is signed by different name. it is nowhere near ” promptly and fairly”. It seems “time buying”. Hope to be proved wrong.

  17. Hi. Been looking at a group booking to Germany at end of April. Some of the group don’t as yet have passports but are quite compliant to pay the full fare in advance. These people don’t want to pay for a passport now when it’s not required for 6 months. The online booking requests a passport number. How do we get round this. To book now.

  18. Easy jet customer service has been terrible! I wrote a customer complaint 4 weeks ago and still have not received a response. The lady at the front desk before my flight charged me before I got on my flight for luggage that I had already paid for! Then when I asked for my money back someone else told me I had to request a refund online. But the problem is no one answered my request 4 weeks ago!

  19. Nick. You thinks your case is bad. My wife & I were “denied Boarding” at Luton 22 weeks ago due to setting fire to one of their Aircraft. This ruined our Berlin holiday and NO ACTION !
    Below is my angry response to an incompetent depardment.
    To Amrit

    I am reluctant to wish you a Happy New Year as it seems a year ago that you promised to progress this claim for being “DENIED BOARDING” at Luton on July 2016.
    My concern is you might die before you manage to get the refunds of our tickets and costs incurred. Or more likely before EASYJET goes out of business for failing to make its customers happy.
    This is now 5 weeks since you promised to escalate the claim and added to the previous 17 weeks makes it a total of 22 weeks, in which you have failed to do the job you, and your department Supervisor are paid very well to do. The name of your department I seem to need to remind you is “Customer Services” !

    In my business failure to attend to job and serve customer, would be grounds for dismissal.
    My NEXT E mail will be to the EasyJet MD and continuous calls to his office.

    This is an easy claim to assess and deal with. JUST DO IT !

  20. Just reading again the comments from customers that have had cancellations that have seriously impacted on their holiday, it appears unlikely that a quick response or any response that results in dealing with the issues. The Customer Services Department could well be termed disfunctional.
    THE CEO is Carolyn. I suggest we all send her a copy of our correspondence. It might persuade her to believe it is her job to reorganise this department.
