On the 23rd of July I will be starting a contiki tour for 23 days so that allows me 2 days to set up a bank account with Lloyds bank.   3. Hi,i think my online account was very strange. I have been phone the staff to help me cancelled my first order amd make money refund and also required this staff help me reserved the same price product first,i am going to payfor it later,staff agreed my requirement . A few days later,when i checked my account i have founded there have one amount of money come in but also this amount of money go out at the same date.Come in is correct because i cancelled the item i can get my money back,but for money go out i feel confused i can not under stand,i am call the staff and ask her she said my new order not have been pay for yet.Therefore,
    i do not know what happened on my bank account ,is this bank make mistakes???Or it is online shopping company resbonsibility???I want get my money refund what can i do now.

  4. I am trying to contact (by email) your mobile banking but cannot find the relevant email address any where. I want to use email for the contact as I don’t want to have an expensive international mobile call.

    Basically I have been using your mobile app on my android phone (Android version 4.2.2) very happily until your latest update which will not install. The error code is Error 103 and seems to be related to the digital signature being incorrect ie different to the previous versions. Before you ask I have plenty of storage, all other apps update and the last version of your mobile banking app (previous update version to you) still works perfectly on my . Your latest release of the app even updated on my android tablet perfectly so the problem simply seems to be with my android phone. I cannot be the only person with this problem. Help Please !!!!
