  1. 02… my girlfriend signed a contract for her niece under the believe that she could have everything capped. phone bill comes in 50 for a 10 pound contract. when she rang 02 one was passing blame to the other. couldn’t cancel as over 14 days. the cap was never put on. now saying that only can cap data. we should have every right to cancel contract we was lead to believe the phone would be capped and in full control of this.

I would like to put a complaint in as O2 company has taken money from my account , i tried to order a contract O2 online , i gave my account details assumed i past the credit check as they then asked me for a deposit of after that use asked for my passport number which i gave , then i get a number to phone for further information , the first time i phoned, the person i spoke to said i had to wait 24 hours for something, but to be honest i dont no what i had to wait for as he wasnt realy being very helpfull, i didnt no what he was talkin about , he put me on hold to customer servies as he said they would refund my money straight away which then the phone cut of , i didnt even get a call back just shows O2 tht use dnt care about O2 customers use would tell the customer anything to quickly get them of the phone , i phoned for a second time in which i was told thers nothin they can do they said i was told false information the first time i phoned and then told me its false information online aswell , as expected i wasnt to happy as i needed the money put back in my account straight away so i could try for a contract with a different network if i didnt get accepted by O2 , i thn asked to speak to the manager which i was told i would need to wait 48 hours for a call back which is unaceptable , i will be taking this further .Ps …i have told friends and family what hapend and as i expected most of the people i no on contracts and things with O2 will be phoning up tomorrow to leave O2 network 🙂 .. thanks again for being helpful ..

  4. I’ve tried live chat just recently with O2 regarding my slow network and Wifi .
    I’m terribly shocked I had chat with Vikash , Paul and Rinaldno they couldn’t help me at all they just disappeared while chatting with … crazy I’m totally shocked

My friend is in same boat no sim card since NOV 2016 paying the bills he stopped the payment from bank they still trying to take money under different ref no, bank advised me, try to talk to O2 team like talking to promises his details has been black listed. at last no option to write to O2 complaint Review Services, P O BOX 302, DUNSTABLE, LU6 9GN
