Last Monday I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children in London Gatwick north terminal hotel from 14 to 15 October and another room in London Victoria Hotel the next night (from 15th to 16th) but I can’t find the confirmation of this second one nor the bank invoice. I suppose it was not done properly by the Internet. Now the second hotel is fully booked. What can I do? Thank you in advance

My wife booked a room with Sunderland premier inn for night of 14 September which she took.She mistakenly made one for central Cardiff premier Inn on the same night instead of Sept 21st,which she again took on the 21st. Because of no show at Cardiff on the 14th she was charged for that as well when she obviously can t be in two places at the same time .I would have thought that your booking system should flag up that two bookings are made in different places at the same time.
    Please can she have a refund for the first Cardiff booking

  5. Please how do i reconfirm booking. I have received a message from American Express that said they were unable to confirm my payment (reason unstated, but may have to do with the confirmation code!). As far as I know, I have no problems with AE.

    1. Fully agree Richard, customer service care. No longer cheap. I just paid £ in my hometown of wigan for 7 nights. Even Wiganers would agreed not exactly a place where they are inundated by travellers. One of the nights cost £ of course without breakfast. I can go to a good hotel for less than that with breakfast included. As I said not many people travel to Wigan so unfortunately within the amenities no other decent hotels. When I next go (I live abroad) I am staying out of town in a 4 star hotel and renting a car. Sorry to harp on. Whilst writing this I have been on the phone waiting a reply from them for minutes.

  7. Tried to book and pay today. Was using Chrome. Stopped at 4th step. Rang told to use another browser. Same problem. Wasn’t able to book over phone as I wanted Saver rate. Have up!

  8. Have just booked 2 rooms in York. 1St 2 attempts via mobile app were unsuccessful. Have just checked my email account to find 3 separate booking confirmations. customer relations?

  9. Not going into details but I have been fighting an ongoing complaint since mid july 2017 its now september and still not got a satisfactory reply. They are just ignoring me by email and phone. My time in chasing this by email and telephone is stacking up to a full time job. I would say if you have to deal with guest relations good luck. Looks like I am going to have to take my complaint to the European Commission as ‘recommended’ on their web page
