  1. Their Website states that your services are open 24hrs- It isnt
This morning at about 0650 I entered the Eastbound Tube line at Cannon St Tube from the British Rail station.
A small black backpack was left at the side of a bench.
    Nobody claimed it as theirs.
There was NO alarm point to call for assistance.
There was NO staff available to Report it
I had to ask a passenger from another tube coming in to alert the station staff in the ticket hall
A very young man by the name of Chris attended after what was now almost 15 minutes from my arrival.
Despite being very willing and capable, I am concerned at the complete lack of care toward your staff as well as the customers.
I am a Security Manager and I will be reporting this further

  2. I applied for a Residence Parking Discount.
I posted all the documents requested plus the fee in good time
The due date has come and gone and I have heard nothing
This is a renewal not a new application
    Why the delay?
    Where is my discount?
Help please as this is costing money

  3. I payed to four oyster cards two days ago for my family that came from Brazil. The staff says to me that I will get the refund of 5 pounds (of the payment of each oyster card)but when I ask the staff of Euston Square says that this change!!! Seriously!!! If I knew that changed the rule of refund I didn’t make the oyster card.. I lost 20 pounds that I didn’t know that I would lost!!! These change of the rules need to be clare for the customers, I Will come back to Brazil I Will never use these cards anymore.
