    1. Hey,
I think you should give Vodafone a call and ask for explanations, and if that wont work, go to this page and click the “Other ways” >> ODR

  3. What’s the point of having so many contact numbers, if the customer service you receive when calling them is so poor?

    1. This is indeed bad luck. I think in this kind of cases, the best thing is just to call the complaints number and talk to them asap. Can you please share with us your phone model?

  6. Sent my phone for repair under warranty on the 9th of July att unfortunately could not be repaired and was upgraded on both phones I have on my account
A week later STILL not connected to the network due to sim problems on either phone at Vodafone end , I’ve called almost every day and been told it will be sorted in …2 hours ,12 hours and 48 hours ,
What’s the story with Vodafone ? And why can’t I speak to someone from customer services in the UK ?
Ps it’s now the 24th. Thanks for the service

      1. Yes we visited the local store Tuesday of last week and nothing sorted , this morning …..still no network Grrr phones are getting returned and I’m switching networks absolutely hard service

  7. Well I’m not happy that I am the account holder but because I have two phone numbers on my account they ring the other up which is my partners… and without my permission or say so went and upgraded things on my account now I know as the only account holder on this account this should not have been done without my permission. I’ve tried to resolve all of this and had the phone put down on me twice by two separate people at Vodafone and also in middle of explaining to other people at Vodafone without letting me know and without letting me finish what I have to say to transfer me to someone else ….. I am very Un happy I have been with Vodafone nearly 10 years.

  8. Please please help me, I have now spent countless hours sorting this out for the sake of an agent not doing their job and an obvious training issue across all agents.
Here is a copy if the complaint message
On the June I called to pay my bill, however, when I viewed my bill on line I noticed I had been charged twice for a data bundle. I spoke to an advisor (a lady) who appologised and said it was an error and she would apply a credit and this would show on my next bill as my bill was showing as she agreed to taked payment off my card. I gave her my card details and she said thank you that has all gone through for you, the credit will be applied to your Text bill. And off she went.

On the July I received a text message saying my bill had not been paid I called to say this had been paid I waited 20 minutes i spoke to an agent explained everything then was cut off. I called straight back and was on the phone for over 40 minutes to a gentleman who assured me he would get the call listened to and come back to me within 24/48 hours. The following week nothing had come through and I received a text to say I was being cut off at 4AM!!! which woke me up I went on line and had the following conversation General Info

In July I called the call centre to complain again and was told yet again some one would listen to the call I was offered compensation which I refused to accept as this had now become not only annoying but harassment, I was again assured some one would call me back in 3/5 working days I spent another 38 minutes of my time on this call..In the mean time I had paid bill leaving the in question still outstanding. on the July I had still heard nothing…

  9. i have emailed the CEO of the company in a last ditch attempt to sort my account out. Not heard anything. PLEASE can someone help me sort my account out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My issues have been going on since March 2015. I am with Amy above. people just pass you from pillar to post. I just want to speak to one person wo can sort my issues out

  10. hello sir,
my mobile mene 4 year i don’t like this vodafone care executive; vodafone services so today after so today after i will not used any vodafone services

  11. Vodafone take ANOTHER £from my account (2nd time) we are in Spain, took 30 yes 30 calls before getting to speak to someone . Been told I’ll get a manager? call back today, (didn’t happen last time, so not holding my breath. Been with this company for many years and can say the service!! Is getting worse. Should you get through to South Africa with problems I’d advise you to just hang up.

  12. FAX. 2.3.17 FROM UK.URGENT URGENT. But read note at foot of text. Here is the message-Because the Telephone account on Voda 351 account lapsed we lost the default tel number. We then found that a Email account that we have cannot be accessed any other way other than by retrieving and then using the lost tel number. We have tried for over a year to open the Email Account but there’s no known way other than the aforementioned way. The data in the locked email account is small part of other UK national, even world important evidence not routine data and vital for life support within certain political.medical and other contexts. The data is part of 1000 pages of sworn evidence. We now know that the late number has not been re employed so please can you help us re instate it. We only need the number for a period long enough to download a verification code from Email Account vendor. This period could range from a few minutes to a few days depending on the operation tactics of the said vendor. should you want proof of the urgency we are quite prepared to disclose a paragraph or two of our typical activity. Bu, be prepared for a shock in that respect. Our activities have begun to embrace aspects of Australia which is where we think Voda HHq is.
