  1. I Called A&O about a faulty gas hob, the same day it was mended.
    The Smeg engineer was in my area that day and instead of making me wait they fitted me in the same day.
    I have have all my large appliances from them you can’t beat them .

  2. I have just spoken to a customer care advisor by the name of Gayle. I feel that enough people complain quickly when they are unhappy with customer service. I would like to say that i had excellent customer service from Gayle who answered my questions quickly,professionally,efficiently and when unable to transfer me to another office Gayle actually went over to that office and got the answers i needed! Well done Gayle! I hope your manager gives you some form of reward for being so helpful and lovely to speak to.Thank you.

  4. Evening
    Today I had a delivery of a replacement fridge freezer from a third party whom employed AO to undertake the delivery, install and removal of my current appliance.
    Given my appliance had been hard wired to a fused spur and I had a qualified electrical contractor in place the delivery team left without installing the filter, levelling the appliance or completing the order.
    On contacting AO they have accepted the issue and have arranged a Samsung engineer to attend to complete the installation at a time to suit.
    Great to see customer service still exists and that an issue can be addressed with talking. Well done AO Customer services done the best to save the day.

  6. Why after purchasing a dishwasher from AO, was I contacted by someone on the following number. This person then went to tell me how wonderful AO were before trying to sell me insurance to cover the machine, this was after my wife clicked the box saying we didn’t want a cover plan. The person was pushy and wanted my reason for refusing to purchase this plan. Is this any way to treat your customers.
