  2. I have signed up to the free electricity on a Sunday for £80,if I use less than the said amount in fuel do I get a refund?

    1. I applied online to Britishdas on the 12th October 2016 regarding The warm home discount that supposedly deducts £ off one’s electric bill next year.

      My electricity customer reference is with me all time and I claim income based job seekers allowance.

      Could you please let me know if I am eligible for the warm home discount.

  4. I received a bill. Name unrecognised, not a British Gas customer and lived at address for over 30 years. If details of my address are passed on to a debt collection agency they can be sure that I’ll be charging them to correct the error.
    I’ve spoken to someone with unclear pronunciation but was not given a reference for my call or an email to confirm details. I could not find an email address through which to complain so am using this.
    I would just like written confirmation (electronic fine) that the letter was an error.

  5. I have recently sold my house and therefore do not require HomeCare cover number which is supposed to renew July.
    This late notification but I now live abroad and have only today been notified by a former neighbor that a letter had been sent to me I tried to contact using the email address supplied but it is not being recognized. I don’t want to go through the expense of international phone calls and I also don’t know which number to call should it be absolutely necessary.
