  1. £2500 suite delivered today we had to supply guy with screwdriver when he brought the chair in we pointed out that the screws were coming through and ready to rip the leather he agreed wanted suite taken back but was told no he would phone office and see when repair guy could come when I went to your company to choose my new suite I didn’t L

    Think it would end up with this should add since office phoning to say repair guy coming on 10th we have noticed even more of these screws as if ready to burst through
    We are 2 disabled customers who have had going for the dream suite absolutely lol

  3. Extremely unhappy with Sofas from DFS. Constantly having to push seat cushions back on as they constantly slide forward even after a few minutes of sitting on them. DFS answer is they can do no more for us. They did mention that we can buy more expensive non slip mats from elsewhere ourselves! Never had this problem with any previous sofas we have had. Never again will I purchase a sofa from DFS. So disappointed

    “Please don’t buy from DFS”, if you are not lucky you will see the true experinec of DFS and just consider that your money went into trash

    Please don’t buy from DFS. As long your sofa is delivered properly you will not have any problem.

    But in case if you have alignment issues or any problems then you will see the true reactions of DFS.

    Also when you are buying get a written statement that you will receive the sofa in the same alignment, same shapes as you see in the shop. Otherwise all they say will say is sometimes you can have these alignment issues and very normal.

    I am telling from my experience be very careful with DFS. Very important to note is the store managers are quite rude, hardly listens to you. This store manager visited my house and says that the sofa is clearly misaligned but it very normal to happen and cannot help in any way.

    And another important thing, in any situation they will not replace the sofa. As they know it is time consuming and lots of money for them.

Went to hull store today 25/8 ready to purchase barrett 3seater & chair was persuaded to purchase electric recliner happy to go ahead with it but because didn’t want stain guard or gliders salesman was getting irate wanted me to take credit already said would pay cash that’s point I said wont bother seems don’t want cash ??? Won’t shop dos again as done before need training in attitude.
