  4. Not happy at all with the customer service I needed help getting in touch with someone to help me resolve my issue. Took me 20 minutes to get through and then call disconnected. Very unhappy will maybe be purchasing again.

  5. I have just bought a white Dyson AM06 fan to match my white kitchen but when I unpacked it I find the power lead and plug are black. The lead looks terrible. When you manufacture one with a white power lead I would be pleased to exchange this one.

    “Expert help” for dyson (via google) is located in the USA where my machine code needed for acceptance is not recognised.
    Where UK help is needed one is returned to the telephone number above. Customer satisfaction serveys indicate wait times of 20 minutes-they are lucky.
    Just hoping that if I eventually get through that I will not be told that the DC18 machine can no longer be serviced-it has happened to a lot of older models regarless of condition.

    1. minute wait, 3-4 minute to arrange call out and full service in the next week. Acceptable and a happy pensioner knowing DC18 will be fixed for at least another year.

  7. I’m having a problem with my Dyson R A6-UK-JBA9118A. Hand held vaccumbe. Used it this morning it worked well then stopped. It’s charging unblocked and emptied everytime used. Works for few minutes then stops. I don’t think there a blockage. Done all that I’ve been told to in booklet. Please can you help?

  9. I was trying to buy the Dyson AirWrap. It’s out of stock everywhere so I have signed up to an email notification on Dyson’s website to be informed when is back in stock. On 31st of January I received email saying the product is back in stock and I have process to ordering it. I have done the order online and paid for it online on my card. I have received email confirmation of the order and then note it will be dispatched in 1-2 week (first surprised, this was never mentions when I was placing the order). Total silence for two weeks and then today on the 14th of February I got email saying there was a problem with payment and my order was cancelled. I have spoken to Dyson to find out what happen, and was told the same as per email. I have asked, if I could pay on another card but was told that the product is out of stock and I will need to start the process from the begining – requesting email notification when the product is in stock. After long conversation I was told that my bank rejected the payment as it expired – which sounds like the payment wasn’t taken on the day I made the order, but two weeks later so I am not surprised that my bank rejected the transaction. They couldn’t tell me why the payment wasn’t take at the time of the order and it also looks like they are using 3rd party company to process all of this. The most hard experience of trying to buy a product.
