  1. I have been trying to book flights on 23/07/16 for 4 days now Glasgow – Newquay (2 people) and there is an error on Flybe website. I only require luggage allowance for one person yet Flybe website is charging for 2 people, this is unacceptable.

  3. Have been trying to get confirmation of my cancelation and..Confirmation is required have spoken to someone in customer services who canceled but did not send conformation as promised.Sent letter to customer services and they did not answer.

It’s is so close to the original flight any suggestions how I can get round this.   6. so flight to Exeter cancelled on a sunday evening, 40 people in front of me on a non moving queue to a desk where 3 women trying to sort accommodation, so I look for a helpline number…but they are all closed to Monday morning. In the last week I had two people separately come to Belfast and both flights delayed by hours. Flybe is an service. How come they have all those gold stars in their profile for support when all the comments are negative…?

  10. Flybe, I have just tried to book a flight to Exeter from Belfast. When I came to the booking page the site would not allow me to continue citing a valid telephone number. Mine was a UK number and the scroll down bar was selected for UK. despite trying +44, 0044, (=44), no + at all, + only, adding the (0)774 to the number, 774 without the number NOTHING would allow the red tab box to disappear. Eventually I had to book buy phone, Flybe advisers told me to delete the cache and history which I did still nothing.

  16. Cancelled flight do to weather related issues. But other flights departing from other airports and arriving at destination. Promised compensation. Then said no when files submitted. Weather related issue is do to inefficient aircraft for task. This is a company related issue not weather. Yes don’t take off if you can’t handle situation and put lives in jeopardy but suggestion is get correct aircraft for your flight plans you offer. Left to find own way to destination and only compensated for hard cost. Fighting to get All In voucher reinstated which should be a simple task. All others given cost of cancelled flight back. Terrible back end support from Flybe.

  18. Cancelled flight after check in due to technical faults resulting in an overnight stay and missed business meetings the next day. Picked up the following day at 0630 for an 0805 flight which ended up not leaving until 1200 the next day. Complained and sought compensation and no response from Flybe.

Bad instructions – from Edinburgh to Johannesburg via heathrow – I was told by staff in EDI to collect baggage at carasel in Heathrow ?? – flight delayed getting to Heathrow lost our duty free as we had to go out in public area nearly missed flight waiting for baggage only to be told its gone onto JBG. sent email of complaint no reply.

  21. I booked a round trip France Ireland
    Round trip (Paris CDG, Knock Ireland) for 5 passengers, stay in Castlebar (Ireland) from 16 to 18 November 2018. The flight has stages.
    Flight details Friday, November 16, 2018
    • flight Flybe BE: Paris arrival in Birmingham at
    • Flybe flight BE 653: Birmingham 11:25 arrival at Knock at 12:50.
    Flight details return Sunday 18 November 2018
    • Ryanair flight FR 8143: Knock 11:50 arrival at London Luton at 1:10 pm
    • Easy Jet flight U 22439: London Luton at 15:10 arrival at Paris CDG at 17:30.
    We arrived on time for check-in and various checks.
    To board we waited until 9:45 that the latest boarding checks are made. We are concerned about the delay with the staff who tell us that everything will be fine …
    10:00 am We get on a coach that will start after a quarter of an hour for a journey to reach the place of embarkation. The bus remains still for a quarter of an hour in front of the Flybe planes.
    We finally get on the plane … still a long wait before driving. We travel a great distance before takeoff.
    Take off at 11:50 am !!!! Delay of 2 hours.
    Arrival in Birmingham at 12:10 local time.
    We quickly reach the office of the company Flybe for the flight to Knock.
    We are informed that the flight has departed on time (11:25 am local time)
    We are then informed that this is the only flight of the day and that there is no more flight during the weekend.
    Proposal is made for a flight to Dublin or Belfast then to join Knock by bus (6h40 trip) … In short solutions not eligible given our schedule.
    We took a Flybe flight to return to CDG in the evening (flight BE 3009) flight which was also 1 hour late (departure scheduled at 17:10, take off at 18:10!)
    In total the damage suffered is:
    • Half of uninsured transport
    • Paid accommodation for 2 nights in Castlebar
    • Paid car rental to reach Knock at Castlebar
    Total damage: 1207.80 €
    I ask for the full refund of the material damage suffered. I will contact them as soon as possible so they will help me

  22. Checked in and through security 2.30 minutes before flight be6528 sit down in bar fir a drink and screen now confirms flight delayed by 2 hrs 20 mins until 22.45. This delay would have been known at check in but no details provided so nield in departure lounge with no access to any staff on flight delay and potential cancellation of flight or changes to transport from SEN as last train would have departed 50 minutes before touch down. Customer helplines shut at 18.30 which is bizarre if Flybe have flights past this time.
