  18. customer service number up. I am new to Giffgaff, it is impossible to understand what I am supposed to do next, as it will not let me select the package I originally ordered! I need to speak directly too someone. It is a total out and a lack of customer care when companies do provide a number for there customers to contact them on when there is a problem. Customers like to have someone to talk to, not a computer screen with limited characters in to ask several questions. Unimpressed with the service so far, think I may as well use my 14 day calling off period to the whole thing. This has completely put me off.
