  1. This does not bode well regarding customer service and I am dissatisfied also because a communication from you today says that they are raising my monthly direct debit by nearly £50. I have only been with Green since last November and changed my account from Bulb to Green as their charges seemed to be a little less. As entice new customers and then increase the quoted prices from an agreed £109 a month to £163. How can this be justified as good practice ?
