  3. New line of yogurts made by British milk there is no tractor mark on them how do we no then if it is British milk thanks nigel

  4. Receiving food item with foreign material .compensated with an Iceland voucher .go to the shop and told they are no longer accepting vouchers .
    Also an online shop that took over 3 days to be delivered , inconvenienced greatly and left with no dinner for my children
    And no communication
    I’ve been waiting a long time for complaints

    Sorry I have not been in touch, I have been on annual leave, I will take a photo of the bike and send it to you.

    But I have to say I have taken advice on this matter and it looks like your employee left the scene of an accident, if this matter is not dealt with soon I will be taking formal legal advice.

    It would be much better if you could send someone to look and the bike as a photo really don’t show the damage, it needs to be pushed for someone to explain the fault.

I shop in iceland manchester road bolton alot and always was in on the 21 Aug 2018 I was at the checkout waiting to be served there was an young Indian couple before me the young girl on the till was chatting away with them helping to pack there shopping soon as it came to my turn she didn’t comunicate ask me if I needed any bags I got them myself as she pointed over to them the other couple she got the bags for them I’m disabled with crippling athritus and have it in both my hands never help me put the shopping in some of the bags as they always do that when I shop there saw her looking at my hands as iv got phoriasis all over them I’m not happy at all as some of the things I bought were very heavy might shop elswere as other supermarket always help even b&m next door know me as I alot

    We are unable to lodge this complaint on their website.We are daily customers at the local Hayes super market market. On the 28th April, we had purchased 2Nos Double Pepperoni pasta melts along with other products which our sons love. But this time they took up sick after consuming same.This included diarrhea and vomiting and as a consequence were not able to attend school and work. I will try once again to send this to their customer support page and will update about their answer!

    I’m just writing to let you know that how great my chest freezer is I have had it for 32 or 33 years bought it in a Iceland shop when I lived in London and the only thing that doesn’t work on it is the light but it’s still going strong best thing I have ever bought so thank you

  9. On 01/07/2019 at approximately 15.30 I walked into Iceland Holloway
    Immediately the African security guard was so clearly ale
    I dare say that CCTV would attest to that
    He stayed at adjacent angles to me for the first part of my shopping. CCTV will show me looking at him
    Having not found tinned fish in mustard I left. Two meters beyond the door I was tapped on the shoulder by the security officer in the high vision yellow vest. With him were three burly members of staff at the ready supporting his subtle combat posture, apparent to me as an ex martial arts instructor
    He asked me if I had paid for the goods in my rucksack. He was domineering and as I rebuked him he became verbally aggressive and intimidating . I told him twice to call the police. My stance was in fact nervous angst as I am disabled with an external catheter attached to my chest
    Sir I am a brown skinned londoner ,55 years old; 35 of which I have worked in security including high st stores. I am qualified to recognise racial profiling and rudeness
    Consequetly too uncomfortable to use Iceland Holloway for the foreseeable future I urge them – train that staff to be more professional
