    1. Really Really hard service. Customer care answers the calls even after mins of hold. No one bothers to reply to emails apart from automated responses.

  2. I am absolutely furious with this company!!!! I have called over 12 times and have been waiting almost over an hour waiting for so one to answer and no surprise they DID NOT answer!!!! I have been trying to add a bundle to my phone for weeks and it will not let me and because of this I have spent over £70 topping up in two weeks!! Absolutely fuming and something needs to be done about this

Very hard service.cant speak proper english.they dont even understand I only asked for a phone bill I need it asap.i have topped up my phone so they can cut my balance to pay for my bill every time I called a week on a trott.I am very disapointed at lycas service.they said they will send me a bill but havent received anything yet very very hard service they need more peaple with proper english.

  7. Lots of issues especially roaming in EU, watch out how you will be overcharged! Each time different officers give different explanations for overcharging, always customers pay for their erros.

    I have been trying to call customer care services and they kept me on 20 mins and still waiting is going on.
    Hard service and on top of that they are charging services. Whats use of this if I spend 10 pounds on customer service call to resolve my 10 pounds top up.
