I have tried for two days to get through to you for regarding my Annual boiler service heating system I have had a letter saying they have tried to contact me regarding this, will some one check their records because I had this done in September this year I am very angry that I have to keep trying phone numbers to get through with no response will some one sort this ASAP

  2. Service will be leaving n power as soon as. It is Sunday morning all electrI city in St gas gone. speak to n power, have a freezer full of stuff, need to go to church can’t get dressed. Paying for electricity in and can’t get an explanation. So ridiculous in this day and age you can’t get hold of someone in this huge company taking money from so much people. The one time you need support and realms and realms of info that can’t help anyone. Not impressed at all.

  4. Why am I classed as a business customer, and why am I being charged £25 per quarter standing charges for nothing. They don’t even read the meter. Last quarter their was no usage but I still had to pay £25, what for? Npower has done nothing only put in a meter which I paid for. So what is the standing charge in respect of.
