  1. I would like to speak with the CEO and or MD of One Call regarding misrepresented information or rather information that was not sent to the underwriter. Subsequently due to the information NOT being conveyed to the underwriter my policy has been cancelled.
    Customer service will requote, however, the charge now are grossly ridiculous.

  3. One call insurance is company,as they are complte hard on their statements on their websites.
    If if want to send them e mails, it is impossible to find their e mails.
    They have on line chat room, which is also dummy,As i tried twenty times in three days,eimes it shows a slogen that our representatives are very busy.i can bet if any body can be success on their chat box?the answer wil be no.
    They have showed some comments by different custmers positive feed back about the company.I am optimistic,that these comments and have no back grounds of the customers.
    I pleaded my serious complain to the office of fair trading and their europen commission complaint site,about non professional,and services

  4. I am sick of being hounded for money i do not owe to this company. I gave proof that my car was sold in part exchange for a new car to Nissan dealers in Stockport. I will have to pay to get further proof from DVLA which i am not prepared to do. I gave plenty of notice to say i was selling my car and kept them informed of cancellation of my policy. I purposely did not sign a credit agreement as i knew i was selling my car and informed themof this at the time. I do not owe any money to this company and will quite happily fight this in court if they chose this course plus i do not expect this to affect my credit rating. Please stop ringing me and keep hounding me over this supposed debt

  5. I really do not believe this company exists as an insurance company at all. I believe it is what used to be called a ‘long firm fraud’. A company “set up just for the purposes of taking money”, and then in this case, hiding behind the fact that they also own the licensed debt collectors they use to do the actual debt collecting.

  6. I have asked One call to lapse my policy and Stacey at said she wouldn’t lapse the policy!!! If payment is taken from my account for renewal on 2017 I will bring this e-mail to the authorities attention.
    An e-mail would have been sent but surprisingly for an on-line company there is no e-mail access.

  8. I have never been so hard by a company. Last night my mother broke down and they wouldn’t call breakdown out to her until she gave them £20. She had no money and their advise was ‘call a friend’. She was in the middle of no where with no street lights. Thankfully her friend drove out to her (late at night in the rain) and gave her credit card details. My mother was shook up. I am so annoyed!
