I can log in tried to change my password it is still not allowing me access to my account keeps coming up with server handling error.   4. I have tried since early March to cancel my car insurance could not log into my account sent emails numerous times , so I cancelled my direct debit & have alternitive insurance they have now sent me a default notice . Absolute disgrace i would never use quote me happy again.

  7. As an online provider they are very hard in what they do. Every time I log in the Password is wrong and has to be reset, even though I know the password to be correct.
    All I am getting is this ‘Sorry, we are unable to provide you with a quotation as our website is undergoing some maintenance.
    Please can you try again later.’
    No other way to contact them, no live chat, email address, nothing, really disappointing service, one of the hardest that I have ever found

  8. Nice to see other people are having the same problems with logging in, I’ve been trying since early April to log in to my account.
    They renewed my home insurance 1st April, without authorisation, now I’m being constantly harassed for payment when they have cancelled my policy. It’s my intention to take this up with FSA as it appears that everyone is having the same problems. It’s about time. I have since taken out insurance.

    Then if you try and cancel and redo insurance they try and charge twice

  11. Hard company. I de-selected the auto renewal option as I had found car insurance costing half of what quotemeunhappy had found. Yet, for a reason unknown to me at this moment in time, quotemeunhappy have auto renewed the policy, taking a total of £140 from my account. The lot of them

  12. I’ve been locked out of my Quote Me Happy account App. I’ve tried on numerous occasions to log in and reset with what I know are the correct details with no luck on every attempt. Looking at the comments of other people it would appear that it is a very common problem which wont be fixed any time soon. This service is really not worth the time and effort and there has been plenty of that used. I just hope that I don’t have to make a claim and come renewal time my decision will be a no brainer. Seriously, this system is bad and needs some serious attention in order to retain customers.

Canceled home insurance policy online two days before renewal was due and they still took the money out of my bank.After countless times on their website trying to sort this out they do no answer me. Goodness knows what they are like if you have to make a claim. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
