  1. Job trying to find general contact email address, keep being directed to some app on app store. Just wanted to ask why reserve site plans are not available from the website?

  2. Why fix something that ain’t broken. I refer to the bird identifier.
Previously to identify a bird it was very quick to enter a single detail, ie size, ie between a sparrow & blackbird etc, to then get a list of images to compare. Now we get an AtoZ which is pointless. The clue is in the title “bird identifier” the AtoZ doesn’t do that, images do. Now when we spot a garden bird, we are asked to give size, colours, beak colour etc etc etc. Whereas previously a quick visual of the bird was sufficient to then go the the site, enter minimum details to get the images to compare. As I say, “Why change something that’s isn’t broken” the RSPB site for that information is now totally pointless. The RSPB “contact us” is equally pointless, as it’s not a straight forward email address.

  3. About 4 years ago I helped by spending time on completing the birdwatch. I do not have a big garden but it is very bird friendly and I get a large amount and variety of birds in it. I wanted to do this years watch but when I found they wanted £ from me to help I was astounded so did not do it. I am nearly 80 but have trees and 3 bird tables.

  4. Seems to be impossible to find membership enquiries e-mail
ie my magazine did not arrive – how can I simply report this
