    On our return this week from our holiday, I am confronted with your letter reflecting an increase for our Shield Heating Care effective this month. Now, I am not too sure what the original monthly charge was on inception (possibly 3/4 years ago) , but I have a feeling it was low. That being the Therefore, my conclusion is they have made an error.

  6. A few months ago the gas was cut off in the lounge because my wife was sleeping in the lounge. There is now no one sleeping in the lounge and I want now to be able to use the gas fire. Yesterday I spent over 25 minutes on the phone to SSE without any result, I tried again and likewise, so i will send them an email.

  7. I have had my monthly payments put up by £15 , I spoke to someone a month or so ago to arrange a fixed tariff, and to say I could only pay the £91 a month as I have been doing. I was assured that it would stay at that price. I am always in credit, and at the time of the phone call money was taken from my electricity account and put on the gas to clear it. I have tried for three days, and as they can please ring me?

  8. Our gas smart meter is not working properly it is not linking up to meter box as it is not near enough.
    This has been reported by employees, but no steps have been taken to rectify situation. Please can they contact us to discuss what requires to be done.

I’m absolutely getting charged £for a 1 bedroom flat first payment took on 16 of August 2018 which was declined then yous went bk into my bank account on the 16th of August and took it out £106 then again on the 2nd of September for another £I really don’t understand any of these payments i spoke to one of colleagues and she didn’t even understand this situation either…which my electricity was then reduced to £ pm now explain £ in 2 months for a single person with mental health problems that doesn’t cope to well with this carp I’m so upset and would like a complete refund of your company’s mistake

  11. We asked that our electricity be turned on so that our house be secure while we were waiting t move in from California.

    We moved here on July 10 and discovered there were no lights on.

    It turned out that a breaker had prevented service.

    When they turn on electricity, they should check t see if it went on. I We do not feel that we owe for the time it was not in use. Any service person would be held responsible to see if whatever they fixed worked.
