I booked my holiday yesterday they said we would receive them within 24 hours still no document so far, Have tried to phone them all afternoon this is Saturday Carnot get through the to speak to them, just this woman saying your in queue, I have been phoning all afternoon what is going on is there anyone there

  1. Order Status Pending. This was booked on Tuesday. Confirmation was to be 48 hours. No confirmation to date Sat. I also wrote on Wed 23rd May advising that the e-mail address was incorrect. No reply to that either. They took my 1 pound deposit on Tuesday 22nd. If I hear nothing from you within the next 5 days I will cancel my booking. Have tried phoning but they did not helped me on the phone.

  3. This company is even though they state they are ABTA affiliated they dismiss any complaints as they act as an agent. I have been complaining for my money back since September 2018,. I have managed to get my back to deal with this company as the are mis-selling and mis-managing holidays for people who have worked hard throughout the year to be treated in a manner which is not fit for purpose.

  5. 1st day at zante Imperial Beach hotel utter disgusting place food vial same for dinner and tea not warm at all every drink taste like soda water tried to contact complaints department no reply to be moved no reply from email l l have been ripped off utter waste of£2000 l am livid someone please help me get out of this disgusting place 😢
