  1. Why is it that I have just been installed with smart meters for gas and electricity and gave new cards that I have just topped up on each that nor my gas or electricity has come on

    1. This all started when our freedom unit decided to pack up resulting in loss of gas. The same unit that I complained about 4 or 5 weeks ago. Will now take both my accounts elsewhere.

  2. I have been trying to get In touch with customer service as it seams that my gas usages has sky high to the point where I’m having to top up my meter 31 pounds to get my gas back on I’ve never had to do this before and now I’m wanting to question this I cannot get in touch with any one

  3. I’ve been waiting on my gas and electric cards sincentre last year I’ve phoned and the company said a few days this is the third time I’m going to go elsewhere if I can’t get any satisfaction

  4. They stated in a message to me that I will be refunded 7.7 on my meter due to technical issue while price change over was taking place. Why have I not received this yet please explain.

Why is there not a one free number ridiculous for people who can only contact on free phone number and 4 days for a email response is a joke they need to cater for all customers elderly people don’t have mobiles and can only use free Phone on house phones and ther is noway to contact them it’ is disgusting
