Hi I don’t appear to have an email confirmation of booking made for Italy on February 21st (for period 21 to 24 May 2020) paid’ Tesco Credit Card – and the amount of £ already taken by last.minute.com. I reach support by app because no one support on phone somone say “you account its on hold because the picture not recognised.
